Well my daughter takes ballet, tap and jazz classes as well as gymnastics and sil jin do……she always get me to try and learn these things when she gets home so she plays the teacher and I’m the student

We have dance parties at our house. We turn on some music and dance around silly. Mostly the laughing is a good workout.

I have a 1 year old and 3 year old. I turn on music and we dance around the house. We like to go outside to and we run around, ride bikes, and play tackle in the leaves. My little girl loves to pretend she is a ballerina and it is so fun to watch her performances. She puts her swimsuit on and little pretend ballerina slippers.

We love to go to the zoo and go for walks. We also love to dance to music. We have a home day care so this would be awesome for the kids to burn off some energy on days we can’t go out and run it off!

For myself dance is like breathing a necessity. My two boys are already grown and one is extremely athletic, football, basketball….the other enjoys hiking. My daughter has special needs and I know dance is a perfect way to motivate her. Still haven’t found the right class so these videos could be the perfect thing to get started. I actually love to dance!!! I spend about half an hour a day to dance when time permits it or my husband & I walk to the university (1 mile)

Taught myself the full Thriller Dance for Halloween…
Was so much fun there were about 8 of us doing it for Trick or Treaters…
Now doing it to keep active being it is getting cold here…
Also teaching it to my 2 1/2 granddaughter

We heat with wood. So keeping active is easy. Have to cut down trees, pick up brush, cut logs, split logs, stack outside, then haul inside as needed.

I love to walk with the kids. Even if they are in a stroller, I love to watch them take in everything they see. Somehow being outside just makes them happy.
